The build pact Wholesale + 15% on every item — that's our actual cost plus a flat handling fee. Lead times are confirmed before any deposit, sizing happens at the fitting appointment, and items are non-returnable once ordered to spec (with the usual exceptions for defects). If a piece is unavailable we'll offer a comparable alternate at the same price; we never substitute without asking.
